Title: Three Piece Suit Football “Big Game Tickets” Raffle (“Raffle”)

Prize Details: Winner and a Guest will receive a pair of Super Bowl tickets to Super Bowl LIII, held on February 3, 2019 at Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta, GA.

Drawing Date/Time:
Raffle drawing on February 2, 2019 at the Three Piece Suit Football Charity Festival. Drawing time on February 2, 2019, is approximately 4:30pm EST, between the 3rd and 4th quarter of the TPSF game.

Charities:
Pets For Vets GA Chapter and Battlefields to Ballfields (“Charity”,”Charities”)

All proceeds raised in connection with the Raffle are paid to Pets For Vets GA Chapter (“PFV-GA”) and Battlefields to Ballfields (“B2B”), both IRS-recognized, U.S. public charities whose missions are to support Veterans utilizing various platforms. PFV-GA helps rescue shelter dogs in Georgia and train them to be companion animals for Veterans who may benefit from this type of assistance. B2B provides Veterans the opportunity to become sports officials by providing scholarships to eligible veterans that help pay for any requisite training or equipment that is needed for officiating in a given sport.

Raffle Start Date:
December 25, 2018

Deadline to Enter:
Online entries will close on February 1, 2019 at 12pm EST. If any entries remain, they will be sold on February 2, 2019, on location, with a final sale deadline of 4pm EST.

Winner Announced:
On February 2, 2019, on or around 4:30pm EST at the TPSF Charity Festival at the Historic Fourth Ward Skate Park (830 Willoughby Way, Atlanta, GA 30312). Winning entry announced at event must be present to win.

Average Retail Value:
$1,900 for the pair of Super Bowl Tickets to Super Bowl LIII on February 3, 2019.

Who’s Eligible:
You must be at least 13 years old to win. Winners under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian as their Guest. Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18), unless Winner is the legal guardian of Guest and Guest is at least 5 years of age or older at the time of event. If Winner is the legal guardian of Guest, Winner must execute and return all required documents on behalf of such child or legal ward. The Winner of the raffle must be present at the TPSF Charity Festival on February 2, 2019 when their name is drawn in order to be eligible to win. Additionally, the raffle winner must present valid photo ID to match identifying info from raffle entry to Winner. Failure to produce identifying documentation of identity or purchase of raffle ticket may disqualify entry from claiming prize.

If Winner and/or Guest are unable to travel to the event location(s) on Sunday February 3, 2019 at the Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta, GA, they will forfeit the prize. Winners must not be residents of Belgium, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Italy, North Korea, Singapore, Sudan, Syria or Thailand. In certain countries, local rules and laws may restrict or prohibit the award of certain prizes or impose additional restrictions on participation. Entry is subject to all local laws. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Charity, or Prize Provider, are not eligible to win.

How to Enter:
Visit ThreePieceSuitFootball.com to utilize our online method of entry. A select few remaining entries may be available for purchase on the event date (February 2, 2019), however, this is not guaranteed as only 1,000 entries are available for purchase on a first come, first serve basis.

Selection Process:
Conditional Winner will be chosen through a random selection process by Prize Provider or its representative. Odds of winning depend on the actual number of entries sold/held, with a maximum of 1,000 entries available to be purchased. A verification process will take place during which conditional Winner will be required to sign paperwork re-confirming their eligibility and their ability attend Super Bowl LIII on Sunday February 3, 2019. Prize Provider may also perform background checks, at its discretion, before an official Winner is announced. If there are any disputes, grievances, and/or any changes deemed necessary in raffle drawing, all final decisions regarding raffle drawing and winner will be made by the Sponsor. Void where prohibited.

Winner Promotion:
By accepting the Prize, you agree that we can use your name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and Prize information to promote the raffle, prize, and event. This means we can include you in advertising and trade and promotional materials for Three Piece Suit Football in any form of media (including media that’s not yet known), and that we can do so without any additional compensation. This only applies unless otherwise prohibited by law.

Sponsor, Prize Providers, and Charities (the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable email; or for any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability, or garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/internet/website/use net accessibility, availability, or traffic congestion, or any technical, typographical, or other error, or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of registration information, or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information.
By entering the “Big Game Tickets” Raffle, you agree: (a) to be bound by these Official Rules and by all applicable laws and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be binding and final; (b) to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to these Official Rules; (c) to waive all of your rights to bring any claim, action, or proceeding against any of the Released Parties in connection with that sweepstakes; and (d) to forever and irrevocably agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless each of the Released Parties from any and all claims, lawsuits, judgments, causes of action, proceedings, demands, fines, penalties, liability costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable outside attorneys’ fees) that may arise in connection with your participation in the “Big Game Tickets” Raffle (including the Prize).
In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the email address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses.

Information regarding any disputes
If there are any disputes regarding our rules and regulations for the “Big Game Tickets” Raffle, you agree that any and all disputes and disagreements between you and the Sponsor will be governed by laws of the State of Georgia and you will bring any claims only in the Federal and State courts located in Atlanta, GA. You also agree that unless you are prohibited from law in doing so, you promise you will bring any and all disputes, claims and causes of action against Three Piece Suit Football individually, without resort to any form of class action. Finally, unless the law prohibits you from doing so, you agree to waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages and participants further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
